Important update for Bybit users in Brazil

Bybit is updating how it serves users in Brazil to align with new local regulatory requirements. Under this framework, eligible Brazilian residents and companies will be migrated to a new Bybit entity based in Brazil.

To support this transition, certain users may be required to update or provide additional identity or business information.

Brazilian nationals who reside outside Brazil will not be included in this migration, provided they submit valid proof of address outside Brazil.

Key dates

From Aug 1, 2026
Some Brazilian business users (KYB) may be required to supplement their existing Business Verification information in line with enhanced requirements.
Requests and specific instructions will be communicated directly in‑app and by email.

From Aug 4, 2026
Some Brazilian individual users (KYC) may be required to complete or update their identity verification details.
Requests and specific instructions will be communicated directly in‑app and by email.

Compliant users (who have completed any required updates):

• Continue to have access to products and services permitted under local Brazilian regulations.

Non‑compliant users (who have not completed required updates where requested):
